Central California District Discipleship Ministries hosted two TEAM Day 2.0 days of inspiration and learning in two different locations on our district in September and October.
Randy Benefiel, Pastor of Faith Community Church of the Nazarene in Clovis wrote, "I want to thank the District Discipleship Ministries Board for putting together TEAM Day. I had the opportunity to attend TEAM Day North and the feedback I got from those who attended from Faith Community was outstanding! There was a real appreciation for our D.S.'s keynote address which was motivational and at the same time inspiring as we were challenged to embrace The Mission in our lives and in the life of the Church.
There was a good selection of seminars to choose from...again the responses were very positive as many of the topics addressed issues relating to the Church while at the same time many of the principles were easily transferred into the workplace (specifically the seminars on Mentoring and Conflict Resolution).
